Senior Analyst - Trade Operations Job in Bangalore at CoinDCX

CoinDCX is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst-Operations!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Monitor real-time exchange trades and active markets and develop a system to check the Advantageous and Disadvantageous trades.
• Understand and develop a framework for Trade Bust with third-party exchanges and resolve trade-related issues.
• Real-time check of account balances, trading activity, and risk management.
• Freeze and Unfreeze client's account (If required) as per the decided policy/agreement with clients.
• Block Trading activity of the clients if compliance/risk review of the clients is unsatisfied.
• Keep a real-time check on traded values, products, spreads market depth on all the order books.
• Escalate and work with third-party exchanges for Corporate actions compensations, and inferior trade escalations.
• Manage funds across platforms to enable a great trading experience.
• Hands-on experience in trading.
• Optimize and analyze trade data to ensure smooth functioning of exchange.
• Work with vendors or staff teams to create dashboards based on your algorithms to flag and address trade-related issues.
• Available to work cross shifts and across days as per shift timings. Should be available presently for weekend shifts as well.

Requirements

• Relevant Experience: 2 - 4 years
• Experience in Fintech/Financial Broking Space is preferred.
• Trading experience is preferred.
• A knack for making data-driven decisions with a good understanding of trade analytics.
• Strong problem-solving ability with a bias toward action.
• Good communication skills.
