Senior Analyst - Strategy and Business Analytics Job in Mumbai at CRISIL

CRISIL is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst  - Strategy and Business Analytics!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to inform business decisions
• Assist in state-of-market assessments and strategy development
• Create presentations to communicate insights and recommendations
• Provide recurring reporting and analysis support
• Profile companies of interest (e.g. potential vendors or partners)
• Assist in developing new ETL processes using Alteryx to support our reporting needs
• Reconcile data from multiple sources, investigate exceptions, and resolve data discrepancies
• Design, develop, and maintain Tableau and PowerBI dashboards for effective data storytelling
• Perform monthly data collection and processing using Alteryx and various other tools, databases, and dashboards (Alteryx, Tableau, PowerBI, Databricks, SQL Server).
• Assist with the preparation and maintenance of relevant PowerPoint decks and other reporting deliverables.
• Support ad hoc requests and special projects as needed

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills & strategic thinking abilities
• Excellent technical and business acumen and prior experience in data preparation and visualization, with expertise in Alteryx and Tableau or PowerBI
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills (including PowerPivot experience desired)
• Investigative and analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in databases and SQL
• 2-4 years of experience working with Alteryx and/or Tableau for data extraction, transformation, and visualization
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
