Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process Identification and Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and process owners to identify suitable processes for automation based on feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and potential impact.
• Workflow Design: Map out the chosen processes step-by-step, defining the actions and logic the bot will follow.
• RPA Tool Selection: Evaluate and choose the most suitable RPA platform based on project requirements, functionalities, and integration needs.
• Knowledge Sharing: Share knowledge and best practices with colleagues and stakeholders within the organization.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest RPA trends, technologies, and platform advancements through training and research. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Master of Computer Applications, or related field
• 3 - 6 years overall experience
• 1- 2 years in the Health Insurance Database Knowledge: Knowing SQL helps you query databases, extract data, and integrate it with your automation, enhancing functionality.
• API Testing Tools: Familiarity with tools like Postman allows you to easily interact with various back-end systems through APIs, improving the scope of your automation.
