About this Job
PulseHRM is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst (Reporting)!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Extract raw data from various sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs, etc.)
- Transform and cleanse data using tools like Excel and Alteryx
- Create comprehensive reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Perform data validations and quality checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and data flows
- Assist in the management and mentorship of other analysts
Requirements:
- Strong command of Excel for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Alteryx for data preparation and workflow automation
- Familiarity with PowerBI for creating interactive visualizations (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to comprehend data flows and ensure efficient data processing
- SQL knowledge is beneficial (optional)
- Be able to track and manage a large number of ad hoc report requests and reporting enhancements to discuss with the team and identify key requirements
