Crisil is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst - R Shiny/Python Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Utilize advanced programming skills in R to develop and implement credit rating models and algorithms.
- Leverage R shiny skills to build intuitive and user-friendly UI.
- Collaborate with analytical teams to correctly translate criteria documents and design and implement models.
- Communicate complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and financial programming.
Requirements:
- Advanced programming skills in R and R Shiny, with a strong understanding of statistical analysis and UI/UX design
- Background in the finance industry, with knowledge of financial markets and instruments
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Experience with structured finance is preferred, but not required
- Experience in application development using Python, Java, or C++ if not proficient in R/R Shiny
