HCL is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst - Finance and Accounting!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Understand and carry out the allocated tasks and responsibilities in a timely and consistent manner and deliver results so as to exceed one's own standards.
- Meet or exceed CSAT parameters as defined for the process.
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data feeds and flows for the process and produce, review and record quarterly results for clients. - Do Attendance/Login Hours/Unscheduled Leave/SLA targets as defined by the process.
- Improving skill level through self-development or nominating training programs and skill re-verification tests.
- Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the database and provide financial information support and analysis to management as per defined quality norms.
