Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assisting in Contract Labour Management processes including hiring contractor’s services, wage fixation as per industry benchmark, monthly, compliance checks and audits, etc.,
• Assisting in the timely execution of all applicable compliances for MSIL Hansalpur GJ facilities, government liaisoning, and support in maintaining harmonious IR.
• Supporting in planning and execution of employee welfare and engagement programs (sports, birthday events, family day, etc.,) at Hansalpur Gujarat.
• Handling Canteen and Transport management activities and bringing improvement on a regular basis.
• Driving employee communication & connect initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Information Management.
• 2-8 years of work experience.
• In-depth knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in data management tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent understanding of data quality and metadata management.
