Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable Job in Bangalore at Northern Trust

Northern Trust is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst - Accounts Payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Process vendor invoices and/or employee reimbursement claims 
• Perform validations of invoice & employee reimbursement claims based on the checklist
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of transaction processing
• Resolve exceptions related to vendor invoices and/or employee reimbursement claims
• Respond to customer queries and support customers with their queries 
• Prepare daily, weekly & monthly processing reports 
• Update the process documents & user guides 
• Perform administrative tasks including maintaining files, coordinating audits, completing special projects, and interacting with internal and external customers

Requirements:

• Good understanding of Accounts Payable functions 
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced level) & should be able to handle large sets of data and prepare reports 
• Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Viso (preferable & will be a plus)
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to learn new skills
• Logical thinking & ability to challenge the status quo
