Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Assisting in creating and updating local sub-service line or competency policies with respect to any global or local regulatory changes. This includes updating legal templates like engagement agreements, third-party release letters, etc., and creating relevant guidance
- Assisting in onboarding new joiners and creating local training material
- Monitoring GEAR uploading compliance in relation to archiving of signed engagement agreements to include:
- Generation of periodic reports against specified parameters; and
- Any required additional chasing of engagement teams
- Monitoring ARC completion compliance (<30 days from code closure) to include:
- Generation of list of teams to be chased;
- Monthly 4-staged engagement team reminder process; and, potentially in the future,
- Non-compliance monitoring and escalation
- Performing compliance testing on client and engagement acceptance procedures completed on PACE
- Ad hoc requirements e.g. Independence Testing (when required as a result of a QRP finding)
- Maintaining and updating Quality SharePoint site, accreditation database, and other policies & procedures.
Requirements:
- Postgraduate with 3-5 years in risk management and/or quality function of Big 4’s. Alternatively, hands-on experience in quality and risk management, compliance monitoring
- Candidates with exposure to working in cross-cultural environment is essential
- Good academic background
- Good communication skills and good analytical skills
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, Sharepoint
- Strong problem-solving abilities
