The Digital Fifth is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Strategy & Digital Transformation:
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis on financial services, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Support the development of digital, business, and growth strategies for banks, NBFCs, fintechs, and other financial institutions.
  • Assist in designing digital transformation roadmaps and building digital business models backed by data-driven insights.
  • Research and build upon product ideation and Product Life Cycle. Management initiatives to enhance offerings.
• Execution & Project Management:
  • Participate in project planning, execution, and client communication to ensure seamless delivery of consulting assignments.
  • Work with clients to manage digital programs & initiatives through structured project management
    approaches.Contribute to business development efforts by assisting in proposal creation and client pitches.
• Research & Thought Leadership:
  • Conduct research on platforms, architecture, and technology configurations to enhance digital infrastructure.
  • Develop industry reports, whitepapers, and thought leadership content to contribute to the fintech
    ecosystem.
  • Create engaging content for corporate training programs and social media to enhance brand visibility

Requirements:

• Education: B.Tech / B.E.
• Experience: No prior experience required, but internship exposure to fintech, banking, or consulting is a plus.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated effectiveness under tight deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and think innovatively.
• Interest in financial services, digital banking, and fintech ecosystems.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of analytics tools is a plus.
• Adaptability & Learning Mindset: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Ownership & Initiative: Proactively take charge of assignments and drive them to completion.
