eclerx is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Perform daily cash and position reconciliation between records of Asset manager/Fund and Custodians/Prime Brokers
• Ability to identify, investigate, and reconcile breaks and follow up with respective teams for resolution 
• Manage and maintain aged breaks to ensure supporting information flows proactively
• Should be able to liaise with internal teams as well as clients for information to resolve breaks 
• Good understanding of capital market instruments, investment banking processes, and above-average accounting skills
• Should be able to Identify improvement opportunities within the process, evaluate impact, and facilitate execution
• Responsible for ensuring Process documentation is maintained in an updated fashion at all times 
• Should be able to act fast and decisively when dealing with critical situations – the ability to read situations and act in minutes
• Willingness to continuously learn, upgrade skills, and stay relevant to business demands
• Excellent interpersonal skills – the ability to network and earn the confidence of diverse Client personnel plus interaction with and management of eClerx India-based operations team.

Requirements:

• Graduation (Bcom, BBA, BBM, BCA) / Post Graduation (Mcom, MBA, PGDM)
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Cash & Position Reconciliation 
• Should be good with logical and quantitative abilities to derive information from data.
• Time management and ability to resolve issues speedily.
• Above average in planning, organizing, and time management.
