Barclays is hiring for the role of Senior Analyst!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Act as a subject matter expert by developing an excellent understanding of procedures
- Work in partnership with the closers and other Investment banking operations teams to ensure that we are able to turn around the settlement of the trades within the agreed SLA
- React spontaneously to urgent requests and perform the required maker/checker activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills and flexibility to manage change
- Equipped at using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access
- Aptitude to work in a variable business environment, periodically requiring tight deadlines and aggressive turn-around times
- Flexible with working in shifts
- Graduate/Postgraduate (any discipline)
- Prior experience in IB Loan Operations (preferred)
- Hands-on experience of key systems/applications, namely MOC, ACBS, Clearpar, GBS, QMS & LoanIQ
- Passion to add value to the business through strong analyses and recommendations
- MBA in Finance (preferred)
