Senior AI Engineer Job in Bangalore at Strawberry Infotech

Objective:

Yabx intends to onboard a Senior AI Engineer through the Vendor to design and implement AI-driven solutions across customer engagement, internal knowledge systems, credit data processing, and enterprise AI infrastructure.

The role will work closely with Yabx’s product, data, and engineering teams.

Scope of Engagement:

AI VoiceBot – Outbound Collections & Engagement:

• Design and deploy AI-powered outbound calling workflows
• Implement conversational logic (welcome, reminders, collections, PTP, upsell)
• Integrate with CRM/LMS systems
• Ensure compliance, logging, and monitoring
• Optimize performance and cost

Enterprise LLM Platform (In-House Model Deployment):

• Deploy and operationalize an in-house LLaMA (or equivalent OSS) model
• Expose secure inference APIs for internal systems
• Implement access controls, logging, and monitoring
• Benchmark and optimize model performance

Yabx Knowledge Bank (RAG-Based Assistant):

• Build document ingestion and embedding pipelines
• Implement RAG architecture with citation support
• Integrate with chatbot interface
• Implement evaluation and hallucination control mechanisms

Bureau API Parsers & Customer Profile Enrichment:

• Develop modular parsers for bureau API responses
• Normalize and validate credit data
• Compute derived metrics
• Integrate with customer profile and underwriting systems

Responsibilities:

• LLM integration and optimization
• API development and system integration
• Deployment and performance monitoring
• Documentation and knowledge transfer
