About this Job
JOB PURPOSE:
- Petty cash handling Day-to-Day transaction & Entry in Ismart & daily reporting to Delhi office.
- Accepting cash/cheques & depositing in the bank & daily reporting to Delhi.
- Preparation of Invoice & Receipt (E.B.T/Pax) , collection of cash using Ismart
- Bank reconciliation & correspondence with bank.
- Updating of counter Passenger Sales report (City office, Airport office tkt sale, EBT Sale, Counter Refund, DNB Refund)
- All accounts related entries in Ismart.
- Preparation of Statement of account. (for GSA )
