Micron Technology is hiring for the role of Semiconductor Design Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain quality systems and metrics to monitor and improve scribe design and assembly processes.
• Lead root cause analysis using tools like G8D, 5-Why, KT, and DITS to resolve quality issues.
• Build and maintain Technical Risk Assessment (TRA) documentation and communicate with assembly teams.
• Drive Business Process (BP) documentation and mentor onboard engineers.
• Collaborate with global teams to support training and knowledge sharing.
• Apply deep understanding of semiconductor process flows, mask levels, and device characterization.
• Design and verify test structures using tools like Cadence and Calibre.
• Ensure layout correctness through DRC and LVS checks and manage waiver approvals.
• Support audits and compliance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• Interface with suppliers to ensure quality compliance and continuous improvements
