Flipkart is hiring for the role of Seller Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Work closely with the regional seller/partner base to build and grow their business on the platform.
  • Collaborate with sellers and the Marketing team to drive on-ground activities.
  • Develop and deploy incentives and commissions for sellers.
  • Resolve seller and customer issues.
  • Own the terms of Operations with the Seller partner to plan, track, and improve on the operations metrics like O2A (Order to Approval), Breach, SLAs, Customer promise, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end operations and business for the channel partners with internal stakeholders like Supply chain, product and technology teams, Accounts, etc.
  • Sales planning and Forecasting on a monthly and quarterly basis.
  • Develop growth plans at the seller level and define the roadmap to achieve the same.
  • Develop and drive programs to improve key shapeable metrics for the platform.
  • Ensure impeccable in-store presence and promotional campaigns to drive seller effectiveness and sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience (2 to 3+ years) in field sales and/or Retail/Franchise management in FMCG, telecom, and other GT-heavy industries, with a major focus on the rural channel and general trade.
  • Possess Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
  • Possess exceptional relationship management and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of delivering tangible results within their respective functions.
  • Ability to work comfortably with ambiguity, keen interest in data-driven insights for growth, and like to work with a variety of stakeholders is important.
  • Very data-centric and responsible for enabling real-time intelligence to the channel partners based on data analysis on Customers, AOV, Sales, New collection, Lapse customers, Shopping behavior, etc.
