Indiamart is hiring for the role of Seller Marketing Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be responsible for onboarding e-commerce merchants on paid plans
• Align with internal teams (Marketing, Product) to deliver the numbers
• Manage the end-to-end sales process and provide clear visibility on the pipeline
• Analyze and identify how we can eliminate our clients- engagement and retention challenges
• Become an expert on IndiaMART’s products, merchant use cases, and target market to effectively communicate product value with merchants
• Do an exhaustive audit of the product and work closely with the product team to get new features rolled out
• Serve as an escalation point for merchants and be a liaison between Product Management, Support, and the merchants for issues impacting their success
• Track merchant metrics and maintain merchant health scorecards with clear action plans
• Identify emerging trends to shape the future of the product
• Define and execute the marketing and communication activities to reach out to e-commerce merchants
• Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads
• Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings

Requirements:

• Understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem
• 2+ years experience in sales management
• Experience with SaaS/subscription-based sales model
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• E-commerce experience is a plus
• Master's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 80% in 10th and 12th
