Innovaccer is hiring for the role of Security Engineer II!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work on access management architecture of platform & product.
• Work on implementation of centralized IAM tool & integration with AD, AWS, Azure, Google Workspace & other internal tools.
• Upgrade & govern access management of corporate IT & cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze and update existing compliance policies, procedures, and related documentation.
• Implement privacy controls & policies for access management.
• Create roles for RBAC & assign them to groups as per required privileges.
• Understand integration with AWS, Azure, GCP with Google SSO, and Azure AD.
• Maintain communication and coordinate with corporate, legal, and IT teams.
• Maintain documentation for the IAM program for internal and external functions, including clients.
• Create, manage, & clean up user groups in the identity and access management system.
• Familiar with regulations in the United States Health Care, Middle-East, the UK, and the rest of Europe.
• Identify control gaps/weaknesses in existing access management processes and formulate action plans to address them.
• Work with internal teams & clients on account & access management.
• Perform regular cleanup & management of accounts on various mediums.

Requirements:

• Understanding of different Privacy & Compliance controls of Federal & State Regulations
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cyber Security would be preferred
• Minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience in Information Security Risk & Compliance
• Familiarity with compliances & regulations including HIPAA, HiTrust, HITECH, FedRAMP, AZRamp, GDPR, ISO 27001:2013, etc.
• Ensure availability 24*7 & willing to work from the office
• Good to have cloud security certifications like AWS Security, Azure Security & GCP Security, and other relevant certifications
• Understanding of SSO, SAML, AD, FIM, etc. & integration with different services
• Hands-on skills in Identity & Access Management security controls
• Ability to perform access audit for our product and sync with stakeholders & customers to get regular updates
• Understanding of Incident investigation with specialization in identity & access management
• Take complete ownership of access management for product, platform, IT & cloud
• Ready to take up more responsibilities along with the existing role
• Able to work independently, being a team player, ability to work well under pressure
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Collaborates effectively and communicates efficiently.
• Readily available to work with teams and clients outside India in USA, Middle East, and UK/Europe
• Team player who can work & train internal team members as well as an out-of-the-box thinker
