Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Interface with clients to address concerns, issues, or escalations, and track and drive to closure any issues that impact the engagement and its value to clients. Advise clients on security best practices for remediating discovered issues.
• Perform pen tests and Red Team assessments, including end-to-end adversarial emulation of cyber-attacks against customer organizations, and other technical cyber assessments including external/internal penetration, web application, API, mobile, and wireless security testing.
• Expand the team’s capabilities through tool creation, research on offensive techniques, incorporation of threat actor intelligence, internal presentations, and knowledge share.
• Assist with scoping prospective engagements, leading teams for engagements from kickoff through the remediation phase, as well as mentoring other staff.
• Develop comprehensive, accurate reports and presentations for both technical and executive audiences, and act as a trusted advisor to c-level security leaders and other customer stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in cyber security and offensive security.
• 3 years of experience in network pentest, active directory, web application and API test, mobile application assessment, and cloud pentest.
• Experience communicating technical details through reporting and presentations to technical and executive audiences.
• Experience with operating system security, scripting, and tool development.

• Certifications related to offensive security, including OSCE, OSEP, OSEE, OSCP, CCSAS, CCT INF, or relevant SANS courses.
• Experience creating security tools and understanding of underlying programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, C/C++, Rust, Nim, or similar).
• Experience in network protocols, threat intelligence analysis, system and network administration, project management, developing applications, technical incident response processes, source code review, and reverse engineering.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and public speaking skills.
