Security & Compliance Specialist Job in Gurgaon at SHL

SHL is hiring for the role of Security & Compliance Specialist!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Designing and implementing systems within agreed security boundaries with IT teams.
• Maintaining SHL Vulnerability Management process – utilizing Wazuh and Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM).
• Recognizing areas for security improvements within the cloud platform around automation and CI/CD.
• Maintaining Cyber Essentials Plus and ensuring SHL ISO standards (27001, 22301, and 20000) are retained.
• Engaging with each of the IT practices leads to ensuring consistent alignment.
• Ensuring DLP policies are in place to protect SHL data.

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in security operations (multi-cloud) for a global organization.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Security best practices.
• Strong automation and scripting skills – including terraforming and cloud formation.
• Extensive experience guiding a multi-OS environment Linux/Windows/Mac.
