• Oversee and monitor CCTV and surveillance systems for unusual activities.
• Lead investigations into theft, fraud, shrinkage, and security incidents, and prepare detailed reports.
• Collaborate with law enforcement agencies and local authorities as required.
• Train staff on security awareness, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response procedures.
• Develop and maintain incident response and crisis management plans.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations.
• Assist in managing access control systems and visitor management protocols.
• Maintain detailed documentation of security incidents and loss prevention activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of security operations, loss prevention strategies, and investigative techniques.
• Proficient in using surveillance equipment and access control systems.
• Excellent communication, observation, and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information discreetly.
• Physical fitness and ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
