Securitization - Consultant Job in Bangalore at Deloitte

Deloitte is hiring for the role of Securitization - Consultant! 

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work closely with US engagement teams to review and conduct due diligence on critical financial, collateral, and underwritten information related to CMBS/ABS/RMBS transactions.
• Utilize proprietary software to build a database for capturing and reviewing specific asset-related characteristics.
• Manage assigned project responsibilities, ensuring all project requirements are met.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance or 1-4 years of relevant experience in financial services with exposure to US Structured Finance products (CMBS, ABS, RMBS, etc.).
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data analysis and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret legal and other source documents within the context of CMBS/ABS/RMBS transactions.
• Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with clients and team members in consultative settings.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and the team to ensure client satisfaction.

Preferred:

• Ability to explain difficult financial concepts to diverse, non-quantitative client contacts.
• Strong presentation, consulting, and project management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills requisite for client interaction
