Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Securities Research Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide support in the editing and publishing functions within the Global Research and Economics Group at Wells Fargo Securities
• Post research documents to market data vendors, update mailing lists, and provide website access to clients and vendors
• Support the creation of research packets
• Receive direction from leaders
• Exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

• 6+ months of Securities Investment research, financial services experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Outstanding academic qualifications – MBA / Master's in Finance from a premier educational institution
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial concepts
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications – PowerPoint and Excel
• Knowledge of database tools – Factset, Thomson One, Capital IQ, Factiva, and Bloomberg
• Impeccable communication and interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders
• Ability to proficiently use Microsoft Office Applications – PowerPoint and Excel
