Securities Execution Associate Internship in Chennai at Yubi

Yubi is hiring for the role of Securities Execution Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Understand the deal contours and structuring the deal basis the investor and client requirements.
• Preparation of Term sheets, Cash Flows, Liaising with Lawyers for definitive Documentation.
• Understand the law and regulations with respect to CredAvenue product offerings to facilitate the negotiations on complex legal documents.
• Coordinate with multiple counterparties such as Issuers, Investors, Trustees, law firms, Rating Agencies, Stock exchanges, depositions, RTAs, auditors, etc. to facilitate the execution process.
• Address queries about cash flows or Bond/PTC details to investors and/or Issuers.
• Help the Sales/Ops team with specific Bond/PTC-related inputs, and cash flows if needed.

Requirements:

• CA or MBA
• 0 to 2 years of experience in financial services
• Strong understanding of debt capital markets
• Well-versed with MS Excel
• Have demonstrated resilience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Have impeccable integrity and work ethics
• Possess a good eye for detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
• Demonstrate a high level of analytical skills
