Wells Fargo is hiring for the role of Secured Lending Underwriter!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Participate in the partnership with the Underwriting team on all aspects of the new business transaction process
• Perform financial analysis, calculate financial covenants, and prepare financing memorandum within Secured Lending Underwriting
• Review basic issues, policies, or procedures where answers can quickly be obtained related to low to medium risk and deliverables
• Receive direction from the Secured Lending Underwriting supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Secured Lending Underwriting experience or equivalent experience demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, and education.
