Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences, etc.
- Arrange meetings and keep minutes.
- Powerpoint presentations.
- Prepare draft emails and letters.
- Make travel arrangements for executives.
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information was organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research on Automotive trends and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
