Job Responsibilities :

• Increase our organic traffic by 20-30 fold over a period of time.
• Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for optimization.
• Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
• Collaborate with content team to optimize website content based on SEO best practices.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend improvements to enhance site structure and usability.
• Stay updated on industry trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive positioning.
• Prepare regular reports and presentations on SEO performance metrics and initiatives.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in SEO with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey SEO strategies effectively.
• Familiarity with Tech CRMS to make necessary changes in HTML, CSS, and content management systems.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
