About this Job
Barclays is hiring for the role of Scrum Master!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Provide clear and structured status updates to various stakeholders including Run The Bank (RTB), Data Sources, Consumers, Technical teams, and the WDP Management Team.
- Facilitate scrum calls, backlog prioritization, retrospectives, and other events.
- Participate in Data Analysis functions including adhering to team standards, performing peer reviews, participating in knowledge share, and updating key artifacts.
Requirements:
- Scrum Master/Agile experience is preferred.
- Data analysis skills in a data lake/data mesh/warehouse environment.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Jira experience.
- Stakeholder Management experience.
- Strongly desirable: AWS, S3, AWS Glue experience.
- Graduate preferably with a technology-based degree.
