SCM - Operations Job in Pune at Blinkit

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage all operations related to ES (Express Stores) for Blinkit in the designated region/location – full ownership of the express stores operational SLA and metrics. 
• Lead all aspects of express stores operations including but not limited to inbound,inventory last mile operationsmanpower managementrosteringtraining. 
• Ensure implementation and adherence to all SOPs as part of express stores operations.
• Performance monitoring and collaborating with operation teams on operational / customer experience metrics, including root cause analysis of problems and planning corrective actions. 
• Lead, manage, and motivate full express stores team within a time-sensitive and demanding operational environment.  
• Ensuring safety & quality compliance across the premises.
