PwC Consulting Solutions is hiring for the role of SAP Security Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities within SAP systems.
• Perform regular security audits using system logs and audit trails.
• Ensure SAP systems comply with regulatory and industry standards.
• Utilize SAP’s security optimization services to enhance system safety.
• Manage user access, roles, and authorizations in SAP.
• Install, configure, and maintain SAP systems including databases and application servers.
• Monitor system performance and resolve bottlenecks.
• Schedule and manage SAP background jobs.
• Apply upgrades, patches, and new versions of SAP software.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect SAP systems.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot SAP system issues.
• Support clients in SAP consulting projects as part of PwC’s managed services team.
• Produce high-quality work aligned with PwC professional standards.
• Collaborate with team members, communicate clearly, and support project deliverables.
• Stay updated with technical developments and follow compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in SAP Security.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Security concepts: user management, authorizations, roles, profiles.
• Understanding of vulnerability management in SAP environments.
• Ability to analyze security logs, audit trails, and monitor system activity.
• Knowledge of compliance standards relevant to SAP systems.
• Ability to use SAP security tools such as EarlyWatch Alert and Security Optimization Service.
• Experience with SAP system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
• Understanding of system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for SAP technical issues.
• Educational qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / MBA / MCA.
• Good communication, analytical thinking, and consulting mindset.
• Ability to handle data responsibly and follow PwC code of ethics.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated with SAP developments.
