SAP SD Functional Consultant Job at Deltacubes

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) module.
• Handle incident management, problem resolution, and service requests.
• Collaborate with end-users and business teams to analyze issues and provide timely solutions.
• Configure SAP SD settings (pricing, billing, order management, shipping, credit management, etc.).
• Support integration with other SAP modules (MM, FI, WM).
• Participate in system enhancements, testing, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with SLAs and quality standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• 4–7 years of SAP SD functional experience with AMS support exposure.
• Strong knowledge of core SD processes (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Shipping).
• Hands-on experience in production support, incident management, and change request handling.
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager and ticketing tools.
• Good communication and client-facing skills.
