EY is hiring for the role of SAP Manufacturing Consulting Associate!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Work across multiple technology service lines such as Digital, Testing, Data & Analytics, Oracle, SAP, Cybersecurity, and Technology Risk.
• Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of technology solutions for global clients.
• Apply software development best practices across the SDLC.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams within EY GDS across geographies.
• Participate in digital transformation, automation, and modernization projects.
• Work with modern technologies like cloud, DevSecOps, UI/UX, full-stack development, AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and data platforms.
• Support testing, user acceptance testing, functional/technical testing, and quality assurance activities.
• Assist in data engineering, analytics, BI, and AI/ML model development depending on assigned team.
• Help streamline processes for Oracle, SAP, and ERP implementation projects.
• Maintain strong documentation, attention to detail, and accuracy in deliverables.
• Contribute to innovation, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work in agile teams, adapt to changing project needs, and manage multiple tasks.

Requirements:

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
• Knowledge of Java, .NET, Python, or familiarity with databases such as SQL, Oracle, or Teradata.
• Understanding of data analytics, cloud concepts, or emerging technologies (preferred).
• Internship or academic project experience in any relevant technology area (added advantage).
• Strong analytical ability, problem-solving capacity, and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn new technologies.
• Agile mindset with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• BE/BTech in IT, Computer Science, or circuit branches.
• Minimum 60% academic score and no active backlogs.
