SAP IBP Support Analyst Job in Gurgaon at MKS Industrial Solutions

MKS is hiring for the role of SAP IBP Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide L2/L3 technical support for SAP IBP modules including Supply, Demand, Inventory, and S&OP
• Monitor and maintain system performance, stability, and availability
• Configure and optimize planning models, key figures, and master data
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, bugs, and user-reported problems
• Support end-users with IBP-related queries and provide training
• Manage system updates, patches, and enhancement implementations
• Support monthly S&OP process and related planning activities
• Participate in enhancement projects and new functionality implementations

Requirements:

• SAP IBP certification
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and SAP HANA
• Proficiency in SQL and data modeling
• Knowledge of Python or R for planning algorithms
• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Understanding of REST APIs and web services
• Familiarity with agile methodologies
• Experience in supply chain planning tools and processes
• Strong background in Excel modeling and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Excellent troubleshooting and debugging skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders
