SAP is hiring for the role of SAP Developer Associate - CAP Java Specialist!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Exhibit exceptional technical skills with customer focus.
- Build strong relationships at every level of the organization and demonstrate influencer skills
- Collaborate with architect, fellow developers, quality and user assistance specialists on design, architecture, hands-on coding, testing, documentation, go-live and maintenance support activities. etc. to deliver best solutions to our customers.
- Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and change.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Escalate issues well in advance and suggest alternative approaches.
Requirements:
- Requires 2 to 4 years of development experience in SAP Technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of SAP processes
- Experience in working with culturally diverse workgroups.
- good verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
- Work experience in Agile development
- Proficient in CAP JAVA, BTP, CDS. OO ABAP and SAP Fiori would be a plus.
- A passion for test driven development and quality.
