Responsibilities of a Candidate:

• Lead and manage the cutover process for new systems and applications, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
• Develop and implement comprehensive cutover plans, including timelines, tasks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business stakeholders, and end users, to ensure alignment and readiness for cutover.
• Execute cutover activities according to plan, including data migration, system configuration, and user training.
• Monitor and manage cutover risks and issues, taking corrective actions as needed.
• Document and communicate cutover progress and outcomes to stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance future cutover efforts.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies related to cutover management.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in cutover management or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and executing complex cutover projects.
• Strong understanding of cutover methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
