SAP Business Consultant Job in Pune at Syngenta

Syngenta is hiring for the role of SAP Business Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide Steady State support in Small Change delivery.
• Hold meetings / drive fit-gap sessions with Business and other stakeholders.
• Research processes, collect data & business requirements, analyze information, and perform related tasks.
• Prepare Business Requirement Specification (BRS) documentation.
• Manage stakeholders across the Syngenta ecosystem.
• Closely work with Syngenta System Implementation partners to ensure successful change delivery.
• Design and review the solution in collaboration with the Steady State Support/Project team.
• Manage cross-functional integration points with Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams.  
• Review and approve various deliverables (Solution Design Document,
• Functional Requirement Specifications, Testing plan, FRS, Test Scripts, IST).
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Training for business users.
• Track and resolve Hyper-care issues.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across different project phases for successful deployment of the solution.
• Opportunity to work on new-age technologies (Robotics, Analytics, software platforms, and applications).

Requirements:

• SAP Finance, Controlling, and Procurement implementation experience with integration knowledge.
• Experience leading and initiating Automation projects.
• Experience writing Functional Specifications for ABAP objects (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
