KOCH is hiring for the role of SAP ABAP Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide on-shift and on-call support for the NACP business systems applications
• On-call rotation for 24x7 system support
• Work with both India- and US-based functional and technical teams.
• Collaborate with various teams such as infrastructure/basis support, integration developers and business application developers
• Complete key project work and support activities
• Adopt best practices in the implementation and execution of processes
• Translate functional specifications into technical design specifications
• Develop enhancements, forms, workflows, or interfaces to meet business requirements.
• Evaluate technical solutions, providing alternatives, and recommending an approach to solve a problem.
• Execute technical unit test scenarios
• Use your technical and process knowledge to come up to speed on new technologies and tools required for SAP development and support.
• Challenge the status quo and focusing on long term value when designing solutions
• Troubleshoot and resolving issues within the system
• Analyze failed batch jobs
• Articulate complex concepts and ideas to functional teams
• Maintain efficient and reusable code

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in development tools such as UI5, Fiori, OData Services, Web Dynpro
• Bachelor’s degree in technology related field
• Hands on development experience in S/4 HANA
• Experience using procedural and object-oriented programming techniques.
• SAP development experience utilizing SAP NetWeaver ABAP technologies.
• Experience developing in the SAP FI/CO, new GL, Order to Cash, Extended WM, Procure to Pay, Plaint Maintenance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience in WRICEF objects
• Experience developing user exits, BADIs, BTEs, enhancement points.
• Experience in interfaces – EDI/ALE/IDOCs, RFC, BAPIs
• Experience in SAP workflow
