Exavalu is hiring for the role of Salesforce Project Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure that all projects in the delivery unit/portfolio are monitored closely and delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Ensure optimized resource utilization across projects
• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Build teams on specific technologies or products, for executing customer projects
• Establish strong knowledge management processes within the teams
• People management activities for the team – ensuring the team is motivated, creating an environment of collaboration
• Support business development activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate, preferably in computer science or engineering
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Project management/Agile/Insurance domain certification is a plus
