Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and customize SFDC solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Payer domain.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management features.
• Utilize Omnistudio to create seamless user experiences and streamline business processes.
• Integrate SFDC systems with external applications to enhance data flow and operational efficiency.
• Configure SFDC settings to optimize performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Implement SFDC Lightning components to improve user interface and functionality.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SFDC-related issues to maintain system integrity.
• Conduct regular system audits and upgrades to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Document development processes and configurations for future reference and training purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to enhance code quality.
• Stay updated with the latest SFDC technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote work with on-site collaboration to maximize productivity. 

Requirements:

• Possess a strong background in SFDC Health Cloud-Patient Management and SFDC Development & Customization.
• Demonstrate proficiency in SFDC Lightning Integration and Configuration.
• Have experience with Omnistudio to enhance user experiences.
• Exhibit knowledge of the Payer domain to align solutions with industry needs.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Display strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.
