Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Job in Pune at Emtec Inc.

• Develop dynamic, interactive, and responsive emails, templates, journeys, and campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud using HTML/CSS, AMPscript, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Personalization.
• Assists in requirements gathering, design specifications, data mapping, workflow documentation, audience building, campaign scheduling, testing, troubleshooting, deployment, delivery, and reporting.
• Partner with Solution Architect to develop site mapping and appropriate documentation for Personalization.
• Help Data and platform Strategy lead to maintain and update capability operating models, roadmaps, standards, and strategic oversights.
• Create complex queries and manage audiences & segmentations.
• Understand the backend journey of an email, barriers to making it to the inbox, handoffs, DNS, IPs, DKIM, definition of all bounce reasons, etc.
• Identify gaps in our marketing automation infrastructure and work cross-functionally to address them (ex. Program structure inefficiencies, process flaws, etc).
• Maintain and optimize email marketing processes, and recommend tactics to improve delivery.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience of at least 2 years running marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Journey Builder. Exposure or familiarity with Adobe Campaign, SAP Marketing Cloud, or similar enterprise marketing technologies is a plus
• Advanced HTML and CSS knowledge for email development
• Advanced SQL knowledge and the ability to write SQL queries
• Experience managing and working with large subscriber database
• Willing to work with an hour of EDT overlap (until 7/7:30 PM IST)  
• English Proficiency Requirement: Possess excellent English language skills, including fluent reading and writing abilities, as well as a high level of comfort in spoken English
