Salesforce – Health Cloud (Contractual) Job in Hyderabad at Letitbex AI

Responsibilities/ Skill Sets:

• Design and implement solutions using Salesforce Health Cloud, tailored to healthcare industry requirements
• Manage patient and provider data models, care plans, tasks, and other Health Cloud-specific functionalities
• Customize Salesforce using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Process Builder
• Integrate Health Cloud with third-party systems and APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Collaborate with internal teams and healthcare clients to gather requirements and deliver solutions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA) and data security standards
• Participate in testing, deployment, documentation, and user training activities

Candidate Requirements:

• 5+ years of Salesforce development and configuration experience
• Minimum 3 + years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Health Cloud
• Strong command over Salesforce configuration, Apex, LWC, and automation tools
• Understanding of healthcare processes, compliance requirements, and patient engagement workflows
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with external systems using APIs
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
