Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering: Lead the process of gathering and analyzing client requirements to create comprehensive and effective solution designs that meet business objectives.
• Client Customization: Develop innovative flows and customizations for clients, focusing on a code-light approach to enhance flexibility and maintainability.
• Salesforce Integration: Expertly manage and execute complex integrations with various service providers to ensure seamless data exchange and system interoperability.
• Project Contributions: Engage in diverse projects, demonstrating proficiency in developing Lightning components, Bulkify Apex, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, Flows, User Profile Setup, and Validation Rules.
• Stripe Integration: Design, develop, and implement a fully integrated Stripe payment solution within Salesforce to facilitate secure and efficient transactions.
• Complex Logic Development: Design and implement complex business logic and contribute to the creation of scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Code Review Leadership: Lead and conduct comprehensive code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and fostering a culture of quality assurance.
• Team Management: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones and deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
• Clover & Authorize.Net Integration: Engineer and implement integrated payment solutions incorporating Clover and Authorize.Net functionalities within Salesforce.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Technical Proficiency:

• Extensive experience in Salesforce Lightning components, Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Proficiency in developing and managing workflows, process builders, and Flows.
• Experience with Stripe, Clover, and Authorize.Net payment integrations.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration techniques and tools.
• Expertise in data migration, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Certifications: Minimum of 3 certifications from the following list:
• Salesforce Integration Architecture
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Administrator
• Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Salesforce Associate
• Salesforce AI Associate
• Systems Experience: Familiarity with code versioning systems (e.g., Git), development environments (IDE), and integration tools.
