INTO is hiring for the role of Salesforce Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Meeting with stakeholders to understand their business needs and requirements
• Building new and maintaining existing Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flows, Experience Cloud portals, and other web technologies
• Ensuring code coverage is maintained through the construction of Apex test classes
• Integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, Web Services, and middleware
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues and bugs in Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and quality
• Providing technical support and documentation for Salesforce users and administrators
• Providing enhancement support to system users and maintaining relationships
• Specifying and testing new developments, liaising with internal users
• Staying current with new Salesforce features and functionality and providing recommendations for process improvements
• Performing other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Proficient in Apex, Flows, Visualforce, Lightning Components, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies
• Familiar with Salesforce tools and frameworks such as Salesforce DX, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning Design System
• Experience in integrating Salesforce with other systems and platforms using APIs, web services, and middleware
• Knowledge of Salesforce configurations (Objects, Fields, Flows, Page Layouts, OOTB Functionality, etc.)
• Knowledge of Salesforce Security (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets/Groups, FLS, Apex Sharing, etc.)
• Ability to think outside the box and recommend alternative solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good understanding of data structures and data modeling
• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in English language
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1
• Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience with Experience Cloud and Service Cloud
• Experience with Change Management
• Familiarity with third-party tools like Conga and DocuSign is a plus
• Familiarity with technologies that integrate with Salesforce.com
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Admissions teams
