Align is hiring for the role of Salesforce Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Be the point of contact, work with business teams, and design the end-to-end solution.
• Develop solutions using Lightning Web Components, Apex, Process Builders, Lightning Flows, and other SFDC components.
• Understand the different Force.com APIs, then Design and Develop solutions using the appropriate API.
• Design and implement integrations of SFDC with other enterprise applications.
• Contribute to and be a champion of SFDC best practices.
• Create documentation on modules/enhancements developed.
• Stay abreast of the Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements based on the features released.
• Work in close collaboration with local and regional commercial teams.
• Perform independent code reviews and suggest good practices.

Requirements:

• A 'can do' attitude, high energy, and creativity are required along with organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal, oral, written, and visual communication skills, with the ability to present findings concisely and effectively.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, program management, and marketing about objectives, requirements, and design constraints.
• Solid understanding of agile development principles, careful attention to detail, as well as the ability to design solutions for multiple product requirements. 
• Strong team player with a service-oriented attitude and customer focus.
• Good communication skills.
• Good understanding of object-oriented concepts and programming skills.
• Good understanding of design patterns and governor limits.
