ZS Associates is hiring for the role of Salesforce Consultant!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Solution Design & Development:
  • Design, configure, and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and Visualforce.
  • Define robust data models, apply best practices in coding and configuration, and implement trigger frameworks and modular architectures for scalable development.
  • Build and maintain API-led integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Informatica.
  • Develop solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and with exposure to Agentforce, Data Cloud, and Life Sciences Cloud
• Technical Leadership & Delivery Management:
  • Lead and mentor a team of 3–6 Salesforce developers; provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and promote best practices.
  • Manage project delivery from India — define technical tasks, oversee execution, and ensure quality and timely completion.
  • Collaborating with client stakeholders, architects, and functional leads to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives.
• Client Interaction & Communication:
  • Participate in requirements gathering, discovery workshops, and solution design sessions with business and IT teams.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Innovation & Problem Solving:
  • Explore new Salesforce capabilities, lead proof-of-concept (POC) initiatives, and develop creative solutions for complex business challenges.
  • Stay current with Salesforce product releases and industry trends to proactively bring forward innovative ideas.
• Domain Expertise (Preferred):
  • Experience with Life Sciences (Pharma and MedTech)
  • Exposure to Salesforce Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud with an understanding of regulated data and compliance processes.
