Sales - Team Lead/Junior Manager Job in Ahmedabad at Paytm

• Responsible for planning and scheduling market visits for lead generation.
• Visiting and having time-to-time interactions with NHAI stakeholders and toll management.
• Acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing clients (focused on Commercial Vehicle Owners, OEM dealers, and Corporate Paytm Service Agents) for the FASTag category.
• Arranging corporate activities and alliances with residential areas in the territories for incremental sales.
• Good knowledge of the area or territory to target the right customers for better sales conversion.
• Extensive traveling to different parts of geography to manage the business and rectify gaps.
• Recruiting, training, and motivating the ground team to achieve designated sales targets and also push them to build a strong Paytm service agent network.
• Tracking team performance and addressing their problems for efficient delivery and customer satisfaction. Also, conduct periodic reviews of group leaders and associates on the KPIs assigned.
• Gathering consistent feedback from the market for existing offerings and insights on competitor moves as feedback for product enhancements. Present findings to management via Excel reports, presentations, etc., and also be updated on the data for a review of his own performance to seniors.
