Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Managing sales support processes.
• Supporting data gathering for new compensation initiatives.
• Supporting the development of business cases such as through financial modelling.
• Translating financial data into tables and charts.
• Analyzing incentive compensation programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a similar field.
• Relevant work or internship experience in financial analysis is desired.
• Solid knowledge of MS Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to adapt to a changing environment and prioritize tasks accordingly.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work.
• Previous compensation experience is an asset.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
