About this Job
Ideagen is hiring for the role of Sales Support Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Help sales to align the quote, Salesforce, and the order form that is sent to the customer.
- Enforce the sales process and policies. Identify opportunities for improving existing practices.
- Manage the more complicated quotes and guide sales on best practices.
- Coordinate with SOP to resolve any issues or discrepancies with the invoices.
- Maintain and update the Salesforce and CPQ systems with accurate and relevant data.
- Provide reports and feedback to sales management on sales quoting and process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of minimum 1 year in sales support, Salesforce, or CPQ
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Salesforce, Zuora CPQ, and Office 365
