Sales Support Analyst Job in Noida at Celeros

Celeros is hiring for the role of Sales Support Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Liaise with the Sales team to understand customer requirements, specifications, scope, and timelines.
• Review RFP (Request for Proposal) and tender documents to ensure contractual requirements are clearly defined and assess the company’s capability to meet those requirements.
• Prepare and submit techno-commercial offers to Sales under the guidance of the regional Commercial Sales/Operations team, adhering to submission schedules.
• Evaluate detailed technical specifications for packaged equipment, extract applicable customer requirements, and communicate these to subcontractors, sub-vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Obtain quotations for relevant bought-in equipment following Supply Chain policies and procedures.
• Assist in coordinating and evaluating sub-suppliers' quotations for critical components to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
• Develop and submit detailed proposals to customers by Tendering Policies and Procedures (ITO - Inquiry to Order).
• Maintain an accurate log of all opportunities, updating them regularly.
• Support customer interactions for technical and commercial clarifications as needed by customers and internal stakeholders.
• Provide tendering support to regional tendering and sales teams, ensuring timely and high-quality execution from proposal receipt to handover.
• Assist with customer visits during bid clarification and negotiation stages.
• Collaborate as part of the Regional Commercial Team to support ongoing processes, frameworks, and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E/B. Tech) from a recognized institution, with 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
• Solid understanding of fluid mechanics, theory of machines, and mechanics.
• Knowledge of machine design, fluid machinery, and measurement/instrumentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support various commercial processes.
