Key Responsibilities:
1) The responsibilities would primarily include the Outbound, Inbound & Online Chat/Calling processes.
2) Responsible for converting incoming leads into admissions.
3) Responsible for achieving business targets through innovative sales strategies
4) Regularly follow up for leads through calls,messages,email, etc.
